I am a fine art photographer originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, currently residing in Savannah, Georgia, having recently obtained a BFA in Photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
My work primarily focuses on explorations into my own personal life experiences, from emotional anxiety and nervousness to isolation and loss – and while much of my imagery is a study on such, I also seek to visually empower individuals, whom like myself, have daily struggles that can be or have been overcome. As someone who has suffered from body dysmorphia disorder and childhood trauma, I pride myself in allowing my subjects to be shown in their truest manner. Additionally, my work also focuses on gender, personal identity, and proxies for one’s own self image.
My photographs have been exhibited nationally in galleries and institutions including the Black Box Gallery in Portland, Oregon, the Midwest Center for Photography in Wichita, Kansas and the Griffin Museum of Photography in Winchester, Massachusetts.
